3. Online and Mobile Banking

When using our digital banking services:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Never share your password, OTP, or PIN with anyone
  • Immediately report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity
  • Use secure internet connections and updated antivirus software
  • Log out after completing your banking session

Important: The Bank will never ask for your password, OTP, or card PIN via email, SMS, or phone calls. Beware of phishing attempts.

4. Fees and Charges

WDCC Bank may levy fees and charges for various services including:

  • Account maintenance charges
  • Transaction fees for ATM withdrawals, fund transfers, and cheque books
  • SMS and email alert charges
  • Penalties for non-maintenance of minimum balance
  • Processing fees for loans and credit facilities

All applicable fees and charges will be communicated to customers and are subject to change. Updated fee schedules will be available on our website and at branches.

5. Loan Terms

For customers availing loan facilities:

  • Loan approval is subject to credit assessment and eligibility criteria
  • Interest rates are as per prevailing RBI and Bank policies
  • EMI payments must be made on scheduled dates to avoid penalties
  • Prepayment and foreclosure charges may apply as per loan agreement
  • Default in repayment may result in legal action and credit score impact

6. Card Services

Debit and ATM card usage terms:

  • Cards remain the property of WDCC Bank and must be surrendered on demand
  • Report lost or stolen cards immediately to block unauthorized transactions
  • Daily withdrawal and transaction limits apply as per card type
  • Never write your PIN on the card or share it with anyone
  • The Bank is not liable for transactions made with correct PIN entry

7. Limitation of Liability

WDCC Bank shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss or damage arising from unauthorized access due to customer negligence
  • Service disruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events
  • Delays in fund transfers due to third-party payment gateways or bank networks
  • Inaccuracies in information provided by customers
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes or grievances:

  • Raise a complaint through our online grievance portal
  • If unresolved, escalate to the Banking Ombudsman as per RBI guidelines
  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Warangal, Telangana

9. Amendments

WDCC Bank reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website, email notifications, or branch notices. Continued use of our services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and applicable banking regulations issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), NABARD, and other regulatory authorities. All transactions and services are subject to Indian banking laws and jurisdiction.
